SADeaf Charity Golf & Dinner 2024

At the event held at Seletar Country Club, Mr Edwin Tong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, and Second Minister for Law, presented ERA with a plaque to recognise our support in making a significant impact on the lives of the deaf and hard of hearing community

The event was graced by Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development and Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration, as well as some of the beneficiary households. It was absolutely heart-warming to witness how we had positively impacted their lives.
Deafinitely Durian Extravaganza

This fund raising event was jointly organized with the SADeaf, with Mr. Lim Biow Chuan, MP for Mountbatten, as our GOH. Our donors enjoyed an afternoon of fun and flavour, and celebrated community spirit together with the hearing impaired community.
ESG by ERA x North West Service Week @ Marsiling

Volunteers from ERA helped to distribute supplies of daily essentials, food items, and local farm produce to the needy residents in Marsiling Drive. The event was graced by Mr Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Minister of State for Defence and Manpower.
ERA x North West CDC Green Homes Door Knock Programme
April to June 2024
ERA conducted a Green Homes Door Knock Programme with NWCDC. Our teams connected with residents to spread awareness on how to create a greener home. Residents were rewarded with up to $500 E-grocery Vouchers if they fulfil the criteria of having eco-friendly appliances at home!

Launch of Green Community Library at Bukit Panjang

Green Nation Pledge

We rallied over 2,000 teammates to take the Green Nation Pledge during our APBC. In doing so, ERA became the FIRST & ONLY Real Estate Agency to hold the record of “Most Number of Online Sustainability Pledges Made in a Day”
Using recycled ang baos to make a certificate for APBC GOH

During our APBC 2023, we presented our GOH, Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development and Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration, with a certificate made from recylced ang baos which we had collected in our yearly collection drives in 2022 and 2023.

Together with SMS for Transport and for Sustainability and the Environment, Dr Amy Khor, and Zero Waste SG, ESG by ERA launched the “Bring Your Own Bag” BYOB campaign with participating supermarkets, to help fellow Singaporeans save money, and reduce plastic and packaging waste.

261 solar panels were installed to supply 30% of the entire energy usage of the whole ERA APAC Centre, in line with our national vision of low-carbon & smart energy Singapore. ERA APAC Centre obtained it’s Green Mark certification from BCA
Straits Times Through the Lens Photo Exhibition on Climate Change

Jointly organized with the Straits Times, this exhibition of climate change photos helped to heighten awareness of the threat of climate change and the importance of sustainability and the adoption of green practices in our daily lives.
Launch of ESG by ERA
November 2021
ERA is the first real estate agency in Singapore to launch an ESG initiative, setting out to create a green and sustainable living environment for Singaporeans, and promote social and community engagement and help for the needy. We kicked off with a donation to the Hong Kah North Environmental Sustainability Fund to support sustainable causes and projects especially in Tengah Town such as increasing the number of Community Gardens, organising eco-activities, assistance for low income and vulnerable residents, education grants and more.
