Technical Writer communicates complex information clearly, concisely and accurately, and without relying on jargon. As a Technical Writer, your role involves tasks such as writing product guides and conceptual overviews, or codifying the undocumented processes in the engineering team. The Technical Writer is the key link between the various engineering teams, marketing, as well as our external users and developers, tying together many vital but disparate parts of the ERA ecosystem. You will communicate with our talented developers through conceptual documentation, detailed developer and user guides, API references, and other online materials.

Responsibilities:
- Write technical documentation for our internal developer audience, such as developer guides.
- Design and organize documentation sets for new developer products and APIs.
- Edit, clarify, and proof read documents written by others
- Manage complex documentation projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate in marketing campaigns for new home project launches.
- Contribute ideas to their social media content and growing their social media page.
- Assist in the pre-launch to post launch mechanics of projects.

- Work with respective staff and sales leaders towards a successful project launch.
- Assist in managing projects for developing and producing deliverables
- Weekends duties might be needed in the show room for administrative duties.

Job Description
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements
- Local Diploma (from Ngee Ann Poly, Singapore Poly, Nanyang Poly, Temasek Poly, Republic Poly)
- For fresh graduates or mid-career switchers who have no RES licence, are welcome to apply
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson for existing realtors with RES licence
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
