Marcus Chu heads ERA Singapore’s headquarters, overseeing its business operations as well as the day-to-day management of Asia’s leading real estate agency.

Marcus was appointed Chief Executive Officer of APAC Realty Limited on 1 July 2021. He joined the Group in 1996 as a budding trusted adviser and quickly made his mark as a Top Sales Achiever in ERA Singapore and ERA International. With Marcus’s leadership, the Group has accelerated its digital transformation with a range of robust applications conceptualised and developed under his guidance – these include iERA, RealtyWatch, and SALES+ amongst other revolutionary PropTech tools.

Doris Ong helms the project marketing arm of ERA Singapore, a team that has planned and executed the launches of over 300 international and local residential projects.

Doris joined the Group in 1991 and pioneered its foray into project marketing. Today, she is responsible for leading strategic partnerships and creating strong relationships with property developers, whilst spearheading new opportunities to expand ERA’s market share in Singapore and beyond. Doris is also in charge of the Group’s ESG efforts, having been appointed as the chairperson of the company’s Management Sustainability Committee.

Eugene Lim is a highly respected opinion leader, frequently sought by the media for his expert views on the real estate market. Initially joining ERA in 1991 and returning in 2003, Eugene now serves as KEO, overseeing agent recruitment, recognition, and retention. He also leads the business services and partnerships team, while managing legal and compliance operations. In this role, he ensures all agents adhere to the Estate Agents Act and relevant regulations in their business dealings.

Poh Chee Yong heads the finance and commission teams, and is responsible for the financial management and financial reporting of the Group.

Since joining in 2011 as CFO, Chee Yong has led the finance and commission teams and holds responsibility for managing all of the Group’s finance activities. He is also in charge of implementing controls to safeguard assets, integrity of data, and financial information. Chee Yong had also previously served as Data Protection Officer for the Group up till 1 January 2023 before relinquishing the role to the incumbent Head of Legal and Compliance.

Raymond Leong oversees and drives the technology strategy, digital transformation, innovation, engineering, operations and information security of ERA.

With 18 years of experience and counting in IT project delivery as well as consulting experience, Raymond has held numerous tech leadership roles in regional industries, spanning across e-Commerce, Retail, Shipping, Manufacturing, Agriculture and FMCG production. His expertise has also enabled him to champion over 20 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and more than 30 systems design and development projects. At present, Raymond’s duties see him building up the Group’s tech infrastructure in areas such as mobile and backend engineering, enterprise technology, infrastructure operations and information security.

Kevin Lim works alongside management to propel ERA forward and strengthen its position as the industry leader in the Asia Pacific region.

Starting off as a rookie ERA sales associate in 2003, Kevin rose swiftly to the position of division director in just 6 years and was appointed as CAO in April 2022. He is also the founder of Preeminent Group, the largest real estate group in Singapore with over 3,500 agents. Under his watchful management, Preeminent Group has produced some of the highest-performing realtors within the industry. Kevin is also the first-ever recipient of the ERA Honorary Award & Lifetime Achievement Award, thanks to his outstanding achievements and selfless service to the industry.

Chris Chen leads a capable team, having amassed a host of experience from years of active sales and rental transactions of numerous properties, both locally and globally.
